Default LF: Cheap Touch Sensitive Keyboard

My daughter is tarting Music for Young Children classes, and we are looking at getting a keyboard in the $200-$500 range - more interested on quality of build and quality of sounds than cheesy sequencing and other effects. Touch sensitivity essential, weighted keys would be great. If its old, but still works great, I'm interested. Minimum 61 keys, preferably more.

We have a cabinet piano that we can have for free, but it is a bit bigger than what we want to fit in the area that we have.

I suppose we'd be looking for a stand, a bench, and potentially an amp, depending on what the keyboard has.
