I just signed up with E. NRG for 1 year at 6.5¢/kWh. I can cancel any time without penalty. I looked over the regulated prices from the last 7 years, and ~75% of the time is was at or above this price... A no-brainer for me.

As for gas, I went with DE, regulated rate. Again, over the past few years the price of gas has been much lower than the contract rates.
