This KO from the 35-yard line rule might not be a bad thing. Ball gets to the returner faster and even if they're 6-7 yards deep, they can run and accelerate untouched for nearly 15 yards. Plus the coverage might relax a bit thinking the runner won't come out.
It may lead to more returns for TDs. It'll be interesting to see at the end of the season compared to last season. I saw two today.
