i can get new era caps out of Vancouver... minimum quantity to order is 1 cap (this supplier also has a warehouse in Calgary... interesting that you'd need quantity)
as far as companies - i've plugged them a few times... Big Kahuna Sporstwear - they can get all sorts of stuff - under armour, adidas, new era, flexfit, etc.
they can also get more traditional "work" garments
