Are you hoping to get her into Canada and then the family will cover the cost of the cancer treatment or are you hoping to get her into Canada and have the government cover the treatment?

If its the latter, I don't think you will have much success unless you cheat the system which I hope you are not intending to do. I do know of extended family / friends of the family who have done such things however. The fact that Alberta health cards don't have photos on record is a starting point... so once you're in the country.... That would be illegal however.
