And before you say "well those gargoyle children or perfume doesn't cause cancer". Neither does the quantity of smoke you're breathing, so really it is exactly the same.

Before I say.....

I never said breathing a cloud of smoke while entering a building is going to cause cancer. If a smoker wasn't so self centered he/she would not smoke near entrances to buildings.
