Why does it have to be about cancer? Why can't I just have the right to walk down the street and not breathe in somebody's exhaled smoke?

If was taking a leak outside a bar and you walked through the stream. Would not getting cancer make you ok with it? It's sick and disgusting - smoke at home or in your car.
