Meh, I consider neither a good nor a bad move. Remember that even though she threw a sympathy vote Kalia's way it also means that she threw a eviction vote Porche's way. Kinda works out best for both of them solidifying the more likely Jury vote... I'm not sure even they see it that way but the bachup plan post-DE was for Jordan to work on Kalia and Rachel to work on Porche (They called it Operation Sleepover Party... or something like that) ended up being kind of pointless since they're primary plan (get Adam on their side and win everything) has worked but it's still a smart small move much like the blindsiding Kalia on the Shelley-Adam vote. Rachel better hope that the jury is inclined to vote more on gameplay then on personal relationships apparently the catty GB messages continue with Kalia... not that I think Kalia would vote for her anyways but still.
