In the early 1990's, I was watching a tv program and journalist Sam Donaldson made this observation, which I never forgot . . .
"Smoke all you want, its none of my business, that's your right . . . . . until the smoke gets to my nostrils, then you're making your smoking my business and interfering with my rights."
