But in all seriousness, if Bioware makes the level cap 30 again and doesn't improve the RPG mechanics which they said they would, I'm going to be pissed off. Mass Effect 2 was a awesome game, but they just completely stripped it of all of its RPG elements except story.

the RPG elements in the first weren't exactly well done though. sure you can loot to your heart's content, but very few of the items you grab are actually useful, and the best weapons in the game you have to buy. the skill system was pretty silly too, you're a badass soldier and the most dangerous human alive, but you can't hold a sniper rifle steady to save your life until you put some points into it? and making the pistol the most powerful weapon in the game with the right skills is pretty ludicrous too
i played ME1 on Insanity difficulty as an Infiltrator and it was almost as easy as it was on normal. people complained about only being able to use one ability at a time in ME2, but when you had Liara and Tali as squadmates fully specced they were unstoppable killing machines. whereas in ME2 on Insanity it was one of the hardest games i've ever played, and it felt like a huge achievement to beat it
fans like to gloss over ME1's flaws and critique ME2 because Bioware simply cut a lot of unneeded stuff out, but comparing the 2 side by side ME2 is by far the superior game. if they keep the same formula in ME3 with a few minor tweaks to placate the RPG fans, i'll be happy
