The rebels are using the "mercenary" excuse to murder and detain large numbers of these sub-Saharan black Africans. This is an ugly civil war...and I have my doubts that a "democracy" will emerge in Libya. Egypt has failed in that respect also....

I don't disagree. However, the use of African mercenaries is also well documented. I was merely pointing out the picture you provided could be showing either mercenaries or migrant workers.
