That's the biggest thing. You need to
want it. You can't do it for someone else. You need to be totally on board in your mind. No other aid is going to make a difference if you don't really want it.
My aunt has tried for years to quit. She's just undergone her 2nd lung surgery and is doing chemo for stage 4 lung Cancer. She has finally quit. But it's too late. Good luck out there, everyone. And stick to it.
