I feel very comfortable in Calgary, but this list is just opinion-based (even though I do like it as a whole and do listen to the research behind the list). I guess different people have different views of different cities.

For me, personally, I'd have New York City way up there, but that's just me. I'd also have Tokyo way up there too. Everyone has their own preferences for their 'top 10' cities to live in.
