You can iron it, just don't let the iron actually touch the tie. Have it on the lowest steam setting and hover the iron about an inch over the wrinkle and let the iron steam it out. Seriously, DO NOT LET THE IRON TOUCH THE TIE.
Roll up the tie or hang it in the bathroom when you shower. Just make sure that no water gets on the tie. Moisture bad.
