So I guess the questions are, what is the difference between a moocher and somebody who is simply borrowing your stuff/time, and where is the line? Also, anybody else getting bugged by mooching lately?
I learned the benefit of the word "no" a long time ago. It doesn't necessarily make you a popular person.

I volunteer a lot of time these days but moochers rarely bother me.
