Yeah I'm surprised at how slowly this is going as well. When we did drafts for random things (movies, girls, heroes/villains) things seemed to go much quicker, at least at first. For a forum based around hockey I didn't think this would take more than a few days.
We could reduce the draft time to a 6 hours instead of the whole day. We could also do something like skip a person and when its their turn to draft again they can select however many outstanding picks they have, but only on their turn.
