As for you, TBQH, I apologize if I offended you. It just baffles me that people are up in arms over something that is purely a tax on stupid. This is almost as great as fining people for smelling bad or wearing spandex while fat, except it targets people that are not only stupid and oblivious, but also dangerous.

I HATE it when I'm just driving along trying to get where I'm going, and I have to deal with morons who are so engrossed in their text conversation that they miss their turn and then get all flustered and start making erratic moves.
