They were talking to one of the officers on the news about this law the other day and he said they were informed to pull over anyone who looked distracted. They're not interested in people drinking a cup of coffee while driving unless that person is swerving all over the place. Too much "AUTHORITY" has been given to Police and yet agian, too much "AUTHORITY" is being given again.
