Exactly. It's the morons that are so spaced out while texting or talking that are going to get caught. I spot people like this all the time. It should be no problem for cops to see people like this.
I'm sure there'll still be lots of people that will hold their phone (tinted back window?) or whip off a short text on a clear straightaway, and those competent people won't get busted because they're not raising any red flags.
But why are some of you people so damned stupid? Whining that this is just a cash cow or tripping out about coffee? How can you not see how awesome it will be when the dipsh*t in front of you who is swerving side to side with his head bobbing up and down gets pulled over and fined for texting and driving?
Yeah, yeah... It's just another way to make a quota.
Damn whiners. Next thing you know they'll outlaw drunk driving or something. That'll be a huge cash cow. Forget about road safety, I'm pissed off that I'm no longer allowed to stare at the floor instead of the road!!
