I've only been driving due to just moving (using the car to take garbage, excess furniture to work to give away etc.). I've had the bike out a few times and should be riding to work again shortly.
I'm sure my reputation as a skyscraper enthusiast has the community association on guard for me trying to get involved. They probably figure I'll bring condo towers into the community! Bwahahaha!
Perhaps not towers, but definitely good mid-rise development along the LRT line.
