With that setup you can run BF3 in 1080p in Eyefinity with triple monitors. Your only bottleneck is the harddrive is slow compared to the rest of the rig but that doesn't matter in gameplay. It will be the lowest score in your Windows Experience Index though. An SSD will load you into BF games much faster.
