I think the locker room influence of a third string RB who might not even be with the team on Sept 12th is being massively over stated. If that's the only reason this is a step backwards I simply don't get it. He won't have influence in the room unless he's producing, and if he's producing any negative influence is likely acceptable. If he doesn't produce he's gone. So where exactly is the backwards step, let alone one big enough to start talking Luck sweepstakes?
