Or a good old threat to call social services. That would tune them in.
I had to deal with a crazy dog that destroyed half our yard that my brother decided to watch. It wouldnt shut up. I about kicked it's head in, we have our own dog, and it barely makes any sound. When people come home it barks, when it wants inside and no one is within sight of the door he barks.
He's a very good dog but our evil EVIL next door neighbours have threatened to call the bylaws on us a few times. No idea why.
