Couldn't agree with you more.
Pat Quinn, Bobby Orr, Stan Smyl, Steve Tambellini, Kevin Bieksa, Dave Tomlinson, Trevor Linden, Lanny McDonald and a few others. All very good guys. Like Badger Bob, never a bad experience.
I have a friend who is a current NHL referee and he tells me that the two nicest, classiest guys in the league, hands down, are Shane Doan and Jarome Iginla.
