As of today, now down 12 pounds toward my goal of losing 30. It's been relatively quick - so far 5 weeks. Tracking everything you eat really makes all the difference.

Most of my exercise has been long bike rides. Little bit of swimming. Thinking of hitting the weights in a serious way soon.
