I have a couple memorable ones from FF VI (3 when I played it on SNES hehe)

Kefka poisons Doma: (Skip to 5:18)

The Opera scene blew my mind the first time I played through it (and I keep hoping for a remake where you can somehow get a CGI version of this scene)
