May or may not help, it's only a $200.00 fine if you do get caught killing an animal, which is alot cheaper than doing what the city wants, is a log of when the dog barks day and night for 2 weeks, a photo and discription of said dog, and they warn you also you may have to go to court as a witness.... I'd rather pay $200.00

Oddly enough, I so have a much quietier sleep at night now.....
