Not sure if it's been mentioned in this thread, but has anybody tried the "slow" carb diet from the book "Four Hour Body"?
I've been utilizing it for a little over three weeks and have gone from 212 lbs down to 200 lbs.
I also lost 3.5 inches off my belly, 3.0 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches off my hips.
I wish I would have done a body fat measurement prior to starting.
