I've been quietly trying to lose weight for a while now, the first 10 pounds came off easy but I haven't been able to get rid of more yet (the last month or so). I think the hard part is deciding how important it is to you vs big life changes. I eat a lot less and a lot healthier now, but I still drink a fair amount (much more than I would have guessed before this). I could give up drinking totally and probably go down pretty easily, but I think I'm going to stick it out and try to still actually live my life and keep going down albeit much more slowly.
