I'm going to start trying to lose weight as well. I'm 5'6 and 185 pounds. My goal is to be 160.
I'm 26 and between the ages of 15-23 I've always been 130-140 pounds. I don't want to be that skinny again, but I think losing 25 pounds would make me feel much better and I'd probably have a lot more energy. I eat a lot of fast food and junk food so from today I am going to try and quit the junk food and get regular exercise. As I type this I'm chewing down on Baklava so it's not going to be easy!
