I'm sort of wondering if I even can lose anymore weight at this point. I'm 5'8" and pretty much fluctuate between 165-170 lbs. I exercise 5 days/week and eat pretty healthy, but I seem to be gaining or staying at the same weight for the most part. I wear size S shirts and have a waist size that ranges somewhere between 30-32, so is this possibly just added muscle mass while staying mostly lean? I don't feel like I'm overweight or anything but my BMI puts me in the just barely overweight category. I thought it might be good to get down to the 155-160 range but it just doesn't seem to be happening.
