This happened to me a few months ago. Either call shaw because they will say the steps completely right, or try from what I remember
Go on the internet with your iPhone:
1) enter the ISP that is at the back of your router
2) enter the network name and admin password to sign in as an admin
3) Change the channel (Troubleshoot around for where to find it on the page, I don't remember. Change it to 4, try and see if you now see the network. If not, change to 7. Keep changing until your computer can see the network, and voila!
