I never said every single time that someone goes to the north, something will happen. But more crimes happen in North Edmonton then other areas. Is it the general public? No. It is gangs and other bad people. During the day it isn't bad which is why I said try not to be in that area late at night because there is a higher chance of something not good happening compared to other areas. And by the way, I went there over 50 times. Nothing ever happened to myself but there were a few occasions where I saw a shooting or stabbing so didn't go back to that area. Not to mention most of my friends have had similar experiences.
