Not to be rude, but were you perhaps drunk when you read this story? The story is about a baby being slashed, police showing up and apprehending the father.
But your response is about how slow police are to respond to crimes (there was no mention of critisism over police response time), then when questioned about that, you go on to say you hope they find the guy....the guy that they found when they showed up at the house.
