And construction sites! hahaha, when I was 3 I was playing at a construction site, and fell into the pit and got a piece of rebar through my hip, and exited out my shoulder. Missed all my organs, but I had a dandy scar on my hip and shoulder, and was covered in wet cement.
I also remember playing kick the can with about 20 kids from the street until about 11pm on weekends, and riding my bike non-stop whenever I could. Leave in the morning at 10am, show up for dinner, then leave again and just bike around town...
Also riding my bike to school and walking to school in grade 1... I see most grade 6-7 kids these days getting rides to school.
