From a friend who just became a personal trainer September is one of the busiest months at the gym along with january. Could be why you are seeing all the miracle adds. After not caring what I eat or working out I am back down to 175 and not seeing myself fluctuate between 175 and 180 throughout the day. I am crediting playing tennis 3+ times a week. Hopefully I can keep this up and be 165-170 by the end of tennis season!
