I just remembered back in University one of the lecture theatres had controls for the lights in a booth at the back. We had one prof who had real difficulties operating the lights and would flick switches and turn knobs until eventually we'd turn them on from the back, and he'd think he got them and look quite pleased.
Which got me thinking...
If you hear them come home, rush to the breaker. As soon as the music comes on, kill the breaker, then turn it back on 10 seconds later. Hopefully it's a modern stereo, and it will be off when the power comes back on.
Keep repeating this. Every time they try turn the music on again, immediately kill the power for a few seconds. They'll think the stereo is causing some huge problems and hopefully eventually give up.
