I'm not saying that every truck will benefit from this, but I know if there was a shortened window available each year to enjoy a certain food truck, I'm more likely to head there as opposed to knowing that it'll be there 365. In DC food trucks running 11-12 months of the year, but all of the trucks continuing to evolve or they get stale and customers gravitated to the newest food truck sensation.
