I got a thing in the mail for a free 10 dollar gas coupon from them if I called them for an auto insurance quote, no sign-up required, and despite the fact that I called OVER 2 WEEKS AGO, I still haven't received it in the mail yet.

Also the guy checked my credit score, meaning he probably f'ed it up. And their quote SUCKED compared to what I'm paying.
