EAT. Eat and eat and eat some more. Don't even worry about the type of calories that you are eating at this point, your goal is to put on mass. An easier way to do this is to start eating 5-6 meals as opposed 3 meals a day. Much easier to get your calorie intake up this way. Also, cut out cardio as much as possible. When you go to the gym, you go there for one reason: to lift weights, and lift heavy while you're at it. Focus on compound exercises while you are there. Bench press, squats, deadlifts, dips, pull-ups, etc. These are exercises that utilizes several different muscles as opposed to ones that isolate muscles (like a bicep preacher curl). Much more effective at building muscle. You sound like a hard gainer, so you'll have your work cut out for you, but trust me, once you start noticing results, it feels amazing.
