I live in a new area and believe that whoever did the cement for Jayment completely screwed it up - almost every one of the driveways is a flakey mess. Anyways, a sandblasting company is doing some work in the area and it seems pretty bad.

I have no idea what the regulations are for containment/cleanup in residential areas but I assume that there are some. These guys are pretty much using supplied air (of course) and blasting away with zero regard for the other houses, areas, etc. Is it a free for all or are these guys just slackass morons?
