I vote for an x-drive 3 series BMW, I have an 08 335xi, the best car I have ever driven. Great in the winter, and solid on the road.

I have driven a 328xi as well and that is nice cheaper compromise, you could pick up a 07 for probably 25k. Maintenance on BMW's is not cheap though, same with an Audi though.
