WOW, I only briefly read into the new auction system but after looking into it further.

Real Money Auctions
Buy/Sell Characters on the AH
Buy/Sell Gold at whatever the current player set market value is.
Virtually no Bind on Use items so use an item and then sell it

Blizzard takes a fee for listing the auction and another fee if it sells all fixed amounts.

Then don't need monthly fee's they are taking peoples money anyway.

Edit: This will put the gold farmers out of business as everyone in game is really a farmer now, this system is fine IMO as long as they do everything in their power to stop botting. If botting gets into D3 then this system will fail.
