Or if you're like me and have a girlfriend that is not the best driver to begin with, a stick is great way of making sure you are the only one driving it.
I've tried the the A3 in manual and auto, and there was no comparison....the fun factor was 5x as high. So sure, if you hate fun, get the auto.
