So I've decided it's time I lose some weight. Currently at 185, looking to drop to 160. It doesn't seem like I'm to heavy but standing only 5'6-7 but at nearly 20 years old I am admittedly more chunky than I would like to be.

A little background, I consider myself fairly athletic. I don't tire to easily except if you consider being wiped out after legging out a triple easy. I was apart of a few high school teams ( Soccer, Rugby, Ball Hockey -school was to cheap for ice-) for all 4 years I spent there. Now I've begun playing hardball 1-2 time a week.

However I've always been fairly large ( 178 in my last year of HS ).

The January after I graduated, I joined a gym and began working out but again never really lost any weight despite doing cardio every session along side my weight training. Last March I stopped going, due to many things but nothing I can accept as a legit excuse. I've since cancelled the membership since I will be moving away in late August to go to School in Ottawa. I plan to join up again once I arrive and hopefully I will get back into it.

Diet wise I try to eat a few serving of veggies and fruits a day but other than that I don't have anything set in place.

Starting this upcoming Monday I am going to try and get into Couch to 5K. Hoping it will help to get some weight off, other than that though I have zero idea of how else to go about losing weight.

If anyone has advice, exercise and/or diet wise that would be fantastic. I'm very eager to try new things.

Thanks CP.
