No way does Palmer fetch anything close to what the Eagles will get for Kolb. Kolb has an incredibly attractive contract and is younger than Palmer. I'd also argue that, with his age and the fact that Palmer has been pretty mediocre for the last three years, the upside for Kolb is much higher. You'd also have to consider the fact that the Eagles have basically said they can afford to keep Kolb as a backup this year, whereas the Bengals are pretty well forced to trade Palmer at this point.
