I'm starting out with just a regular 27" TV and using the S-Video connector (still have to find a video card). It won't look as good as an actual arcade CRT and a proper video card like the ArcadeVGA (http://www.ultimarc.com/avgainf.html), but good enough to start with apparently without having to spend $$.
