Got a little sidetracked after I put my back out around the middle of June. I also had a little staycation for a week and 'enjoyed' life.
I started getting back on track last week after fixing my back, and weighing in today I am still at 205. I thought for sure I would have gained quite a bit in that 3-4 weeks.
I was aiming for 190 for September, but that may be a bit ambitious. Still, 62 total pounds of recorded weight lost, and an estimated 80+ pounds in all is incredibly rewarding.
Now that I have lost all this weight, I am trying more to get in shape. Easier said than done.
Also, another congratulation to everyone who is experiencing success and the best of luck to those just starting their journey! This is one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself, and I know you will feel that way too.
