I don't get Tim Hortons, or their customers. People wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru when they could have parked and gone in ordered, paid and eaten in that same amount of time, not to mention making your own pot of coffee at home that takes 2 minutes. It's all in the heard mentality of people and the monkey see monkey do phenomenon. They do support things I like/ support, Brier, Timbits Hockey (but timbits soccer can go to ...) so I don't mind going there once in a while. Their primary customers are hockey/ soccer Moms, dragging their little darlings with them and cramming the faces full of crap. They are doing something right but like I said, I don't get. Tim Horton's and Costco, two places that make me shake my head every time.
