Dear Alex,

I would like to thank you for writing to us at our Head Office with your
comments regarding our take out lids. At Tim Hortons we strive to achieve
guest satisfaction through friendly and efficient service, high quality
products and cleanliness in our restaurants.

We appreciate your time and efforts in advising us of the problems you have encountered with the lids. Further, I have forwarded a copy of your email to the appropriate personnel in our purchasing department for review. They will then review your comments with the supplier.

Thank you again for contacting us and for your patronage. It is through
feedback from valued guests, such as yourself, that we are continually able
to grow as a company. If you have any further questions or comments please
do not hesitate to contact us toll-free at 1 (888) 601-1616.

We look forward to serving you again in the near future.

Sincerely,

Sarah

I wrote the exact same email to them and got the exact same response. Tim Horton's hit my banned restaurant list many moons ago. I have to give props to McD's, they do surprisingly make a good cup of mud. Starbucks is too bitter. Second Cup makes a good Latte. Apart from that it's Kicking Horse home brew for me.

The fact is Tim Horton's is only good if you get a DD with tons of fatty cream and sugar. Otherwise it tastes like burnt garbage.
